Information From the Experts

In order to completley understand the LCHF diet I am constantly looking for information. I don’t just want to blindly follow a trend – I need to be able understand it, and justify why I am doing something. I personally find listening to talks or presentation far more useful – than reading a dry research paper.

So here is a collection of talks and presentations that I have come accross that I feel are particularly interesting – and thought I would share them with you! I have tried to organise them into subgroups to make it easier to find what you are looking for.

  1. Hi Alex. Also have a look at ‘The Real Meal Revolution’ by Prof. Tim Noakes. It promotes LCHF and has taken Cape Town and South Africa by storm. It seems the same trend is happening simultaneously worldwide. Regards, Alison.

    • Hi Alison, I am very familiar with Prof. Tim Noakes – seen lots of interviews by him, but have never read his book. Thank you for the recommendation! I I will see if I can find it!

I have been interested and living the LCHF lifestyle for almost 2 years now, and I definitely feel as though the momentum is picking up! More and more people are hearing about it and slowly the world is realising that we have got our diets wrong all these years!

    • I can’t find anywhere on your site that explains what the acronym LCHF stands for. I have no idea what it means? Are you able to help me out?

      • Hi Wendy – At first I was really surprised by your comment, but you know what – I think you are right! No where does it spell out what LCHF actually is – I have just presumed people know! Thank you for pointing that out – I will have to rectify that! LCHF stands for Low Carb High Fat. 🙂
