So, I’m heading to São Paulo for the weekend! And although I tend to be far more lenient with LCHF when I’m travelling, I see no reason why I should subject my body to the junk that is aeroplane food!
So I made a quick snack of salami, cheese, the quail eggs and a sliced up carrot!
The rest of the carrot which you can see at the top of the pic along with a coconut water juice, will be my snack on the plane! Feeling very proud of being so organised 🙂
